2. Published agenda was modified due to the postponed of a presentation by Maggie Glowacki on recommended amendments to Seattle’s Shoreline Master Program. It is expected that the recommendations will be released sometime the week of Dec 13th. Presentation at a future DC meeting within the comment period will be planned.

- MSP – to adopt draft letter to SDOT providing BDC comments on the Market/45th transit corridor improvement project. The intent of this vote was to approve the letter in its general content; but to alter its construction in a manner that is more strongly worded and underscores that these are definite recommendations coming from the Ballard DC for which a response from SDOT is expected. The motion authorized the Exec Committee to convey the letter as will be modified to SDOT.

- MSP (Y=13, N=2, A=2) – to accept recommendations from BDC BTG Review Committee amended as follows: add a fourth priority - 14 NW Street Park – BTG funds will be used to supplement resources from the Parks Open Space Levy to develop this community generated proposal.
- MSP (unanimous) – agree to forward a letter to Sally Clark from the Ballard DC drafted by R Drucker concerning the BDC’s comments on the City Auditor’s Report concerning District Councils and the CNC.
